01 Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Crëo ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, stop using the Service.
Crëo is an AI creative studio that gives you access to video, image, voice, and skin-enhancement models from a single dashboard. The Service is operated by Crëo, Montréal, Canada.
02 Your account
You need an account to use the Service. We support:
- Google OAuth sign-in
- Email sign-in (magic link)
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe, for everything that happens under your account, and for making sure your account information stays accurate. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Crëo.
03 What the service does
Crëo currently provides:
- Image generation — Nano Banana Pro and related models
- Video generation — VEO 3.1 Fast, VEO 3.1 Quality, Seedance 2.0
- Voice & audio — TTS, Dialogue, Doc2Speech, a voice library
- Skin Fix — in private beta; rolls out to paid plans once the pipeline hits our quality bar
- Upscaling & finishing tools — 2K/4K upscale, color polish
The models we expose are operated by third parties. Availability, quality, and exact model versions may change without notice as we upgrade or replace them.
04 Plans, credits & billing
Crëo runs on a subscription model with optional top-up credit packs:
- Starter — $19 / month ($12 yearly) · 400 credits / month
- Creator — $49 / month ($32 yearly) · 1,500 credits / month
- Studio — $129 / month ($84 yearly) · 5,000 credits / month
- Credit packs — one-time top-ups from $10 to $100, with bonus credits
Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel, swap plans, or update payment details at any time through the Stripe billing portal inside your dashboard.
Monthly plan credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Pack credits never expire as long as your account stays active. Prices are in USD and may be updated with at least 30 days notice for active subscribers.
05 Acceptable use
You agree not to use Crëo to create or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
- Depicts minors in sexual or exploitative contexts
- Impersonates a real person without their consent, or creates deceptive deepfakes
- Infringes on someone else's copyright, trademark, or likeness
- Attempts to break, scrape, reverse-engineer, or overload the platform
- Resells Crëo as a wrapper or competing automated service
- Circumvents rate limits, credit limits, or safety filters
Breaking these rules can result in immediate suspension or termination, and we won't refund prepaid credits or subscription time in those cases.
06 Intellectual property
Your content. You own your prompts and the outputs you generate through Crëo, subject to the license terms of the underlying model providers. You grant Crëo a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to process that content only for the purpose of running the Service (e.g. serving the generation, storing results, showing them back to you).
Our platform. The Crëo name, logo, UI, landing site, and code are ours. You can't copy, resell, or derive a competing product from them.
Third-party models. Generated content is also subject to the terms of the upstream model providers. You're responsible for reviewing those terms before using outputs commercially.
07 Storage & retention
Generated media is stored on Cloudflare R2. We keep your generations accessible in your dashboard for as long as your account is active. If you delete a generation, it is removed from our primary storage; cached copies on our CDN may persist for a short window before expiring.
Please download anything important. We are not liable for lost generations.
08 Service availability
Crëo is provided "as is" and "as available." We work hard on uptime but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be briefly unavailable due to maintenance, third-party provider outages, or unplanned incidents.
09 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Crëo is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost revenue, lost data, or reliance on AI-generated content. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid to Crëo in the 12 months before the claim.
10 Refunds
Because credits are consumed instantly by upstream AI providers, we don't refund credits once a generation is initiated. If a technical failure on our side prevents delivery, we'll automatically refund the credits used for that task. For broader issues, email us and we'll review the case individually.
11 Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We can suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms. On termination, your access ends immediately and any unused credits are forfeited.
12 Third-party providers
Crëo depends on trusted providers to run, including Stripe (payments), Google (auth), Replicate and other model hosts (AI generations), Cloudflare R2 (media storage), and Turso (database). We share only the minimum data each provider needs. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to the portions they handle.
13 Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and on the dashboard. Continuing to use Crëo after a change means you accept the new version.
14 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec, Canada. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Montréal, Québec.
